NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is our national affiliate. NAMI has state affiliates in every state in the United
States; the state affiliate in Arizona is NAMI Arizona. In Arizona, there are ten local affiliates: NAMI Phoenix, NAMI East
Valley, NAMI West Valley, NAMI Southeast Valley, NAMI Yavapai County, NAMI Sedona, NAMI Flagstaff, NAMI Southern
Arizona, NAMI Southeastern Arizona, and NAMI Yuma.
Local affiliates, working within their local community, host support groups, educational classes, informational meetings, and
events and fundraisers; offer membership; give referrals for services within their community; and a lot more. Some local
affiliates serve overlapping areas and there are no boundaries to the area they can serve.
Below is a list of the ten local affiliates of NAMI Arizona (as well as a map indicating their locations). Please contact the
affiliate closest to you to learn more about what they do and why.
