Three memberships in one! With just one annual affiliate membership payment, you automatically become member at all
three levels of the NAMI organization—the local community affiliate of your choice, the state organization (NAMI
Arizona), and NAMI National.

What are the benefits to this membership?
Membership cost depends on which NAMI Arizona local affiliate that you wish to join and the type of membership
(individual, agency, or open door / low income*) that you wish to have. Each renewable membership lasts one year.
*Open door / low income membership receives the same benefits as a individual membership. Qualification for this membership is based on the honor
system.

How much does a membership cost?
You can choose any local affiliate you wish. For instance, even if you lived in southern Arizona, you could choose to be a member of an affiliate who
identify as serving an area in northern Arizona. Also, some affiliates serve overlapping areas as well and there are no boundaries to the area they can
serve. Please note also that membership is not required to utilize any of NAMI and its affiliates services; also, if you are a member of one affiliate, you
are free to utilize the services of another affiliate if you so choose. Check out the affiliates in your area (by looking at their websites, attending some
of their events, contacting them, etc.; you can also check out our affiliates page for contact information) and decide which one is for you.
