Baylor vs. Kansas State Tips: Best bets, current odds, injury updates and more for Saturday’s game

The late afternoon Big 12 chalkboard will bring us to a battle between two teams trying to stay alive in the conference title race while the No. 11 Baylor Bears heads to Manhattan, KS to take on the Kansas State Wildcats. The game begins at 5:30 p.m. ET on FS1.

Baylor (8-2, 5-2 Big 12) clinched its signature Dave Aranda-era win last Saturday when it defeated previously undefeated Oklahoma quarterback Gerry Bohanon and put on a show that included 117 yards of passing, 107 yards of rushing and three made touchdowns in total. The team limited OU to just over 24 minutes of ball possession time, effectively imprisoning freshman WB Caleb Williams, forcing him to throw two picks in the competition.

Kansas State (7-3, 4-3 Big 12) doubled a 34-17 win against West Virginia last Saturday. Running back Deuce Vaughn was able to bend a little with 121 yards and a touchdown on the ground. On the other side of the ball, the defense forced three ball losses in the afternoon.

Kansas State -120

The line has been moving back and forth between the Bears and Wildcats all week, so we’re going to be leaning against the home team in this match. This is a first-rate disappointment for Baylor after a huge win over OU last weekend and K-State has been scorching hot with four straight wins last month.
