Mark Forman, executive vice president for enterprise optimization practice at DIS, said in a statement released on Wednesday sale and Rigs bring their expertise to DIS as the company works to fulfill recent assignments in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs and Small Business Administration.
Sale, who will serve as VP of Business Optimization, has more than 25 years of government experience and has held executive positions with the GSA, the Office of Management and Budget, and the Department of Transportation. His government career included a time as the first head of TTS Solutions at GSA and as deputy federal chief information officer at OMB.
Riggs has more than three decades of experience in government information technology, executive administration, and change management. She has held leadership positions at GSA including Executive Director of the Category Management Program Office and Deputy Director of the Office of Information, Integrity and Access in the Office of Government-wide Policy.
Riggs sits on the board of directors of the Association for Federal Information Resources Management and is a certified Government Financial Manager and Prosci Change Management Practitioner. She is also a member of the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council and the Association of Government Accountants.
For man, who joined DIS in May to lead the business optimization area, has hired over 10 employees and plans to hire at least 5 more employees by the end of October to support new contracts with VA and SBA.
