After a dominant first day at the Ryder Cup 2021, the US are 6-2 ahead as the game begins on Saturday morning in Whistling Straits for Day 2.
The Spanish duo Sergio Garcia and Jon Rahm in the foursome return as they were the only winners of the morning session on Friday. While USA captain Steve Stricker left all four teams the same, he only shifted the order on the map in which they would play.
After eight brutal opening games, Europe captain Padraig Harrington has turned the clock and switched all of his morning teams outside of Garcia and Rahm. Paul Casey has the unenviable task of facing Dustin Johnson & Collin Morikawa again, but this time his partner will be Tyrrell Hatton, who secured half a point for Europe yesterday with his clutch putt in 18th place in the last game of the day.
